Hardware Fingerprint Keygen

My KeyOne has been working fine for a fews day. Fingerprint sensor working etc. In the last 24 hours the fingerprint reader has stopped working completely and just shows a message on the lock screen saying 'Fingerprint hardware not avaliable'. The issue us not fixed by rebooting.

I've found the same message on support forums for a Oneplus 3 which suggests unenrolling the fingerprints and redoing them. Unfortunately I can't do that as when I go into the fingerprints in the security menu and hit 'delete' nothing happens. All 4 prints stay and won't delete. Anybody else having the same issue? I'm loathed to completely reset the phone as it took days to get it 100% right after my move from a Priv! Why would you jump to that? It might well end up being a warranty issue but to use that as your first line of defense is childish.

SQW100-1 OS 10.3.3.2163conite already said the power button. He can go the autoloader route or from settings and do a factory reset. But I've rarely seen phones not being able to communicate with hardware because of a software glitch. OP - if you post your logcat right after trying the sensor here I'm happy to take a look. You can get the logcat via apps from the google play store or via usb. Why would you jump to that?

It might well end up being a warranty issue but to use that as your first line of defense is childish. SQW100-1 OS 10.3.3.2163Maybe calm down with that, why is that childish? You pay for a phone, in this case a lot.

The requirements are clearly defined by both BlackBerry and the customer. This is an issue which seems very odd and new, so sending it back through warranty and getting a new phone is good in two ways: Customer gets a new phone >hopefully without issues>customer is happy and might come back and buy again from BB. BlackBerry gets a faulty phone back, with (hopefully) an existing customer complaint policy and procedure, they'll be able to investigate the phone and iron out the issue. This creates knowledge for future productions and there's a chance that this won't happen again in the future, or at least that the risk of this happening again will be reduced. Still childish to you? If yes, I'd suggest to reduce posting here when you're grumpy. No offense from my side here, just clarification because your comment was a big snappy.

Posted via CB10. I think I will have to return it. Now the fingerprint options have disappeared from the security menu in Android so I can't even try unenrolling them. Will let you know how I get on!I have the same issue, been on iphone for years since the fall of Blackberry.

After seeing the Keyone I waited until April for its launch which never happened. Put back another Month until May, got it straight away and two weeks later it must of updated. No fingerprint scanner, so did the soft reset and it came back for an hour and no mention of fingerprint info in security like all drivers have been deleted. Have I made a mistake moving onto this phone, or is this just something that requires a patch update??

This isn't the first phone to have bugs out of the gate, and it won't be the last.

It's been a decade since I cracked open the original iPhone. And as Apple celebrated the phone's 10th anniversary in June 2017, it was only appropriate that we celebrate 10 years of taking them apart. Note: This video was originally published in June 2017 to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the iPhone. Original iPhone It took me three hours to. It takes me less than 30 minutes these days.
